The story

Concurrently, Noodle Kugel, a dish in Jewish culinary traditions, demonstrated the noodle ring's adaptability. Further evolution occurred with a 1965 Catholic cookbook suggesting noodle rings for Lenten meals, emphasizing their versatility with various fillings. This period solidified the noodle ring's reputation as a flexible and delectable dish for diverse tastes and occasions.
