Over the years, this frosty festivity spread far and wide, thanks to Florence's globe-trotting grandchildren. Today, Ice Cream for Breakfast Day is celebrated from New York to Namibia, with festivities ranging from cozy family gatherings to lively parties. Even Cosmopolitan and local publications have sung its praises.
