The story

Qahwa, Saudi Arabian coffee, is far more than a morning caffeine fix—it is a ceremony of welcome woven into the Kingdom's social fabric. Roasted green coffee beans are crushed and brewed with cardamom, sometimes accented by cloves or saffron, then poured from a long-spouted dallah into small handleless cups called finjan.
