The story

Dolma gathers Türkiye’s love of stuffing vegetables and leaves with aromatic rice, herbs, pine nuts, currants, or seasoned meat into one cherished family of dishes. Vine-leaf wraps, peppers, zucchini, and eggplant become edible parcels simmered gently until tender, then served warm with yogurt or cool with lemon as zeytinyağlı.
